In this project, we donated 50 children’s books and foam mat kits to the initiative “Era Uma Vez, na Bahia…”, carried out in the community of Algodões, on the Maraú Peninsula (BA). The initiative promotes literary gatherings for approximately 100 children aged 4 to 14. Although open to the entire community, the gatherings prioritize children enrolled in public schools who do not have access to books at home or at school.
