We supported the Amigos do Bem project, one of the largest social initiatives in Brazil, which benefits around 150,000 people monthly in the Northeast backlands. The partnership focused on food and nutritional security for children aged 4 to 6 served in Transformation Centers over a 12-month period.

The actions included the monthly distribution of food baskets for 243 children in two Centers, contributing to their health, well-being, and learning capacity.

Results:
● 247 children aged 4 to 6 benefited monthly.
● 2 Transformation Centers supported.
● Improved nutrition and learning capacity of the children.
● Strengthened food security for families.

About Amigos do Bem:
Founded in 1993, the organization works in education, income generation, access to water, health, and housing in the backlands of Alagoas, Pernambuco, and Ceará. Today it reaches around 150,000 people per month, mobilizes more than 10,000 volunteers, and is recognized as one of the largest social institutions in Brazil.
