Verdejando Escolas transforms schoolyards into vibrant, nature-integrated spaces, co-created based on the desires, needs, and perceptions of the children themselves. The project supports schools in reimagining their physical and cultural environments, promoting free outdoor play, strengthening bonds, and enhancing children’s well-being.
In partnership with Fundação FEAC, Instituto Arcor Brasil, and CoCriança, the initiative is “greening” six schools in Campinas (SP), with completion expected by 2026:
● Lar Escola Jesus de Nazaré (Jd. Bela Vista)
● Casa da Criança Vovô Nestor (Parque Itália)
● SPES (Jd. São Marcos / Região dos Amarais)
● Casa da Criança Meimei (Jd. Chapadão / Região dos Amarais)
