Served audience: families with young children in vulnerable situations
The Programa Cuidar was implemented in Itu as part of our Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Municipality. Inspired by the experience of Instituto Dara, the program trained municipal public agents for intersectoral and multidisciplinary work in accompanying families in vulnerable situations.
Enacted by municipal law in 2023, the program began by serving 88 families, promoting social inclusion, health care, education, and stronger family bonds.
