This project aims to implement and strengthen reading spaces in community schools in Porto Alegre (RS), contributing to children’s literacy development and inspiring public policies for early childhood.
Project stages:
● Stage 1 – Seminar for representatives of 100 community schools in Porto Alegre.
● Stage 2 – Public selection of 10 schools to join Cirandar’s cultural incubator.
● Stage 3 – Inclusion of these 10 schools in the Cirandar Incubator and Accelerator of Creative Networks for Cultural Projects and Actions.
● Stage 4 – Implementation of Reading Spaces in the selected schools.

Based in Porto Alegre, Cirandar works to promote reading, literature, art, and culture for children, adolescents, youth, and families. It develops projects that support community networks and sustainable practices, fostering social alliances and strengthening holistic education.
